    ACH or any major credit card. Monthly subscriptions must be paid for by ACH or credit card. For well qualified customers on annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact our sales team to see if you qualify.

    We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to SURGESM until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to all features, functionality, assets, and data associated with SURGESM.

    To cancel, please contact our support team. You can cancel at any time for any reason within the first 60 days. For cancellations after the initial 60-day period, an early termination fee is assessed. The early termination fee is calculated as follows: months remaining in term x plan price per month x 60%.
